If, for any reason, you need a refund or exchange, please read our return policy before filling out the return form. We will try our best to get you back on track! Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your request.

Returns and exchange
All returns must be notified within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
Once your return or exchange has been submitted and approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and return it to the following address with the return and exchange form inside the packaging.
Please note we do not accept cut chains for returns.
